Testimonials

Home Gain was very helpful in finding an agent. Within 2 weeks I had over 15 proposals to choose from and the agent background information provided by Home Gain was valuable in making my final decision.
Choosing Jim Colahan as my agent was the best business decision I have ever made. This is the first time that as a seller and Jim guided me every step of the way. The whole process went smoothly and flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jim Colahan and

More Philadelphia real estate information:

Philly is famous for its cheese steaks, hoagies, soft pretzels, the Rocky Balboa Statue and the Liberty Bell (probably in that order). It is a fanatical sports town, home to the NFL Eagles, MLB Phillies, NHL Flyers, NBA 76'ers and NCAA Villanova Wildcats and Hawks of St. Joe's. The failure of its professional sports teams' winning the "big one" landed Philly #2 on ESPN's 2004 list of The Fifteen Most Tortured Sports Cities.

Did You Know? Philadelphia has more murals than any other U.S. city, thanks to the Department of Recreation's Mural Arts Program, formed in 1984 to beautify neighborhoods with public art and provide an outlet for graffiti artists.
